Résumé: : هدفت الدراسة الى إبراز دور التخطيط الاستراتيجي في إنجاح عملية التطوير الإداري بالمؤسسات الرياضية مستخدما المنهج الوصفي على عينة الحصر الشامل قوامها 30 فردا واستعنا بالاستبيان كأداة للدراسة وقد توصلت النتائج إلى أن لكل من الرؤية الإستراتيجية و الرسالة الإستراتيجية دور إيجابي في إنجاح عملية التطويرالإداري في المؤسسة الرياضية وقد أوصى الباحث بالاهتمام بعقد الدورات التدريبية المتخصصة بالمهـارات الإداريـة عامـة وبالتخطيط الاستراتيجي على وجه الخصوص. Abstract:The study aimed to highlight the role of strategic planning in the success of the administrative development process in sports institutions, using the descriptive approach on the comprehensive inventory sample of 30 individuals, and we used the questionnaire as a tool for the study. The researcher recommended giving special attention to holding specialized training courses in administrative skills in general and in strategic planning in particular
