Caractérisation Des Sidérophores Produits Par Une Pseudomonas Rhizosphérique Isolée D'oasis D'adrar En Qualité De Biocontrôle
Résumé: The siderophores produced by rhizospheric Pseudomonas are found in the roots of plants which protect them and promote plant growth. These products are endowed with a strong antimicrobial activity against pathogenic microorganisms. This work aimed at the production study, the extraction and the characterization of three siderophore extracts (pyocyanin, pyoverdin and phenazine) produced by the OA47 strain isolated and characterized previously, the three substances were produced under different conditions but then extracted and characterized by the same techniques. Their properties were determined by different analytical methods, TLC, FITR and UV-Visible. The final extracts underwent an antibiogram test against six pathogenic bacterial strains in two doses, According to our results, it was found that the three extracts showed an inhibitory effect on the entire range of pathogenic strains tested, the thousands results were noticed for the phenazine extract which has a significant effect on all strains even at a dose of 10 mg.
