آثار جائحة فيروس كورونا على قطاع السياحة وسياسات التخفيف منها

Résumé: لقد كان لجائحة كورونا التي شهدها العالم تأثيرا كبيرا على الأنشطة الاقتصادية، خاصة قطاع السياحة الذي فرضت علية الكثير من القيود بسسب تفشي الوباء، مما دفع بشركات الطيران في كثير من البلدان إلى الغاء رحلاتها لمنع انتشار الفيروس. ونسعى من خلال دراستنا إلى معرفة التأثيرات التي طالت القطاع السياحي في ظل هذه الجائحة، وتم التوصل إلى أن هذه الأزمة أدت إلى تراجع كبير لأنشطة السياحة والسفر، حيث شهد القطاع السياحي انخفاض كبير في أعداد الوافدين وهذا ما نتج عنه انخفاض كبير في الايرادات السياحية التي تدعم الناتج المحلي العالمي، الأمر الذي استدعى إلى إنشاء لجنة أزمة السياحة العالمية لدعم انتعاش القطاع السياحي والتخفيف من وطأة هذه الأزمة على البلدان التي تعتمد اقتصادياتها على السياحة بشكل كبير. Abstract: The Corona pandemic that the world witnessed has had a major impact on economic activities, especially the tourism sector, which was subject to many restrictions due to the outbreak of the epidemic, which prompted airlines in many countries to cancel their flights to prevent the spread of the virus. Through our study, we seek to know the effects that affected the tourism sector in light of this pandemic, and it was concluded that this crisis led to a significant decline in tourism and travel activities, as the tourism sector witnessed a significant decline in the numbers of arrivals, and this resulted in a significant decline in tourism revenues that support Global GDP, which necessitated the establishment of the Global Tourism Crisis Committee to support the recovery of the tourism sector and mitigate the impact of this crisis on countries whose economies depend heavily on tourism.
