أثر تبني المؤسسة للمسؤولية الاجتماعية على تحقيق التنمية المستدامة دراسة حالة مؤسسة الاسمنت -عين الكبيرة-

Résumé: يرتبط مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية بمفهوم التنمية المستدامة ارتباطا وثيقا حيث يوجب على المؤسسة الاهتمام بالبيئة والمجتمع بالإضافة الى اهتمامها بالجانب المالي وتحقيق الربح، في إطار يتميز بالشفافية واحترام اخلاقيات العمل مع الأطراف ذات المصلحة الداخلية والخارجية، فالمسؤولية الاجتماعية تساهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة وتعتبر من أدواتها. على هذا الأساس تناول هذا المقال في جانبه النظري الإطار المفاهيمي للمسؤولية الاجتماعية وارتباطها باستراتيجية المؤسسة وعلاقتها بالتنمية المستدامة، وفي جانبه التطبيقي دراسة وتحليل جملة من المؤشرات التي تعكس أثر تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية على التنمية المستدامة لمؤسسة الاسمنت لعين لكبيرة. Abstract : The concept of social responsibility is closely linked to the concept of sustainable development. It requires the interest of the environment and society in addition to its interest in the financial aspect and profit, within a framework characterized by transparency and respect for the ethics of working with parties of internal and external interest.On this basis, This article dealt with the theoretical framework of social responsibility and its relation to the strategy of the institution and its relation to sustainable development, and on its practical side, study and analyze a number of indicators that reflect the impact of social responsibility on the sustainable development of the cement institution
