الإطار القانوني للجنة الإدارية الانتخابية

Résumé: إن اللجنة الإدارية الانتخابية تلعب دورا أساسيا في عملية التحضير للانتخابات التي تعد عملية مركبة ومعقدة، وهذا ما جعل المشرع الجزائري يضع الهيئة الناخبة في يد اللجنة الإدارية الانتخابية في كل بلدية على مستوى التراب الوطني ولجان إدارية انتخابية على مستوى الممثليات الدبلوماسية أو المراكز القنصلية في الخارج بالنسبة للجالية الجزائرية المقيمة بالخارج، وذلك من أجل عملية تطهير القوائم الانتخابية وذلك عن طريق المراجعة العادية السنوية أو الاستثنائية. Abstract: The electoral administrative committee plays a fundamental rolr in the process of preparing for the elections, which is a complex and complex process, and this is what made the Algerian legislator place the electoral body in the hands of the electoral administrative committee in every municipality at the national level, and electoral administrative committees at the level of diplomatic representations or consular centers abroad, regarding for the Algerian community residing abroad, in order to cleanse the electoral lists through the annual or extraordinary regular review.
