المؤسسات الناشئة كدعامة أساسية لبناء وتطوير اقتصاد المعرفة في الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة لإبراز مدى مساهمة المؤسسات الناشئة في بناء اقتصاد المعرفة في الجزائر، انطلاقا من عرض واقع المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر وتسليط الضوء على ضرورة تطويرها، خاصة وأنها قد أصبحت ركيزة أساسية في خلق القيمة المضافة للاقتصاديات العالمية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن للمؤسسات الناشئة دور فعال في بناء اقتصاد قائم على المعرفة في الجزائر، إذا تم تهيئة البيئة المناسبة لنشاطها وتحفيز قيام المشاريع الابتكارية من خلال التركيز على دعم نشاطات البحث والتطوير والابتكار وترقية رأس المال البشري الجزائري خاصة على مستوى القطاع التكنولوجي. This study aims to research the extent to which Startups contribute to building a knowledge economy in Algeria, based on representing the reality of Startups in Algeria and highlighting the importance to develop them, especially as they have become a mainstay in creating added value for global economies. The study concluded that startups have an effective role in building a knowledge-based economy in Algeria if the appropriate environment is created for their activity and stimulating the establishment of innovation projects by focusing on supporting research, development and innovation activities and promoting Algerian human capital, especially at the level of the technological sector.
