العمل الخيري كآلية لتحقيق الحماية البيئية – نماذج جزائرية –

Résumé: ملخص: إن مسألة حماية البيئة أصبحت أكثر من ضرورة وذلك أكثر من أي وقت مضى بسبب التطور البشري والصناعي، حيث تسعى هيئات المجتمع المدني لتحقيق حماية بيئية. هنا يمكن للعمل الخيري وبالأخص على شكل جمعيات أن تحتل الصدارة كممثل للمجتمع المدني في حمايتها للبيئة، خاصة لكونها ذات طابع تطوعي اقتصادي بالنسبة للدولة، ومتغلغلة في كل طبقات المجتمع، فهي إحدى الوسائل القانونية، والشريك الفعال للدولة الذي يساعدها في تحقيق استراتيجياتها البيئية. ورغم إسهامات جمعيات حماية البيئة في نشر الوعي البيئي وتأثيرها على القرارات البيئية، إلا أنه لم تصل إلى المستوى المطلوب، ولذلك فعلى جمعيات حماية البيئة أن تضاعف من مجهوداتها أكثر حتى تحافظ على أهم حق من حقوق الإنسان. Abstract: The issue of environmental protection has become more than a necessity, more than ever, due to human and industrial development, as civil society organizations strive to achieve environmental protection. Charitable work, especially in the form of associations, can take the lead as a representative of civil society in its protection of the environment, especially because it is of a voluntary economic nature for the state, and it penetrates all layers of society, as it is one of the legal means and an effective partner for the state that helps it achieve its environmental strategies. Despite the contributions of environmental protection associations in spreading environmental awareness and its impact on environmental decisions, it did not reach the required level. Therefore, environmental protection associations should redouble their efforts more in order to preserve the most important human right
