دور إدارة الموارد البشرية في تحسين جودة الخدمات المصرفية في ظل الجودة الشاملة -بنك البركة الجزائري أنموذج-

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة لتحليل علاقة ادارة الموارد البشرية بتحسين جودة الخدمات المصرفية في ظل الجودة الشاملة من خلال مبدئها التركيز على العملاء، باعتبار أن المورد البشري أهم مصدر للنجاح والتفوق وجب الاهتمام به و تطويره وإشراكه في أهداف المؤسسة، استهدفنا العاملين في بنك البركة، حيث تم توزيع الاستبيانات عليهم باعتماد مقياس ليكرت الخماسي ، تمثلت محاوره في أبعاد إدارة الموارد البشرية ممثلة في بعض وظائفها ( التوظيف، التدريب، التعويضات، صيانة الموارد) ، وتحسين جودة الخدمات المصرفية في ظل الجودة الشاملة ممثلا في ابعاد جودة الخدمة (الاعتمادية، الاستجابة،التعاطف مع العملاء، الأمان)، توصلنا إلى وجود علاقة ترابطية بين ابعاد إدارة الموارد البشرية وتطبيق الجودة الشاملة، وعليه قدمنا جملة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة الاهتمام الموارد البشرية. وتدريبها حول مهارات التعامل مع الزبائن لفهم احتياجاتهم وتلبيتها بالشكل المطلوب. The study aims to analyze the relationship of human resources management to improving the quality of banking services in light of the comprehensive quality through its principle of focusing on customers, We targeted the employees of Al Baraka Bank, where the questionnaires were distributed to them by adopting the five-point Likert scale, His axes were represented in the dimensions of human resource management represented in some of its functions, Improving the quality of banking services in light of the comprehensive quality management represented in the dimensions of service quality, We concluded that there is a correlation between the dimensions of human resources management and the application of total quality, and accordingly we made a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to train human resources on skills in dealing with customers in order to understand their needs and meet them properly.
