الحماية القانونية الدولية للبيئة من مخاطر تفجيرات الأسلحة النووية

Résumé: منذ الحرب العالمية الثانية ومنذ إلقاء القنبلتين الذريتين على مدينتي هيروشيما ونكازاكي اليابانيتين، وما نجم عنهما من دمار شامل جراء ما انبعث عنهما من اشعاعات نووية قاتلة، طالت البيئة وما تتضمنه من صور الحياة للإنسان والحيوان والنبات، خلال أجزاء من الثانية، مع بقاء أثارها سارية المفعول إلى يومنا هذا، فمنذ ذلك الحين وهاجس الأسلحة النووية يؤرق المجتمع الدولي، لذلك سعى جاهدا لحماية البيئة من هول ما قد يصيبها نتيجة تفجيرات هذا النوع من الأسلحة، قصد الحيلولة دون امتلاكها أو حظر استخدامها. نهدف من خلال بحثنا الاطلاع على مختلف مجهودات المجتمع الدولي للوقوف على مدى نجاحاته وإخفاقاته في سبيل حماية البيئة من مخاطر استعمال هذا النوع الخطير من الأسلحة. Since World War II and the dropping of the two atomic bombs on the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, and the resulting mass destruction due to the deadly nuclear radiation they emitted, the environment and all its forms of life for humans, animals and plants have been affected within fractions of a second, with their effects remaining in effect to this day. Since then, the obsession with nuclear weapons has been troubling the international community, so it has strived to protect the environment from the horrors that may befall it as a result of the explosions of this type of weapon, in order to prevent its possession or prohibit its use. Through our research, we aim to review the various efforts of the international community to determine the extent of its successes and failures in protecting the environment from the dangers of using this dangerous type of weapon.
