دور المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في التنمية الإقتصادية في إطار البرامج التنموية خلال الفترة (2001- 2019)

Résumé: أضحى قطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة يشكل محورا إستراتيجيا للإقتصاد الوطني بإعتباره يساهم في إمتصاص البطالة ورفع مستوى التشغيل، وعليه نهدف من خلال هذا البحث إلى توضيح إنعكاسات البرامج التنموية التي إعتمتدها الجزائر والمتمثلة في برنامج دعم الإنعاش الإقتصادي للفترة (2001-2004)، والبرنامج التكميلي لدعم النمو للفترة (2005-2009)، والبرنامج الخماسي للفترة(2010-2014)، والبرنامج الخماسي لتوطيد النمو للفترة (2015-2019) على ترقية وتطوير المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في ظل إقتصاد المعرفة، كونها ركيزة أساسية تساهم في التنمية الإقتصادية. وتظهر إنعكاسات البرامج التنموية في الزيادة في عدد المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، وخلق مناصب شغل، ومساهمتها في رفع الناتج الوطني الخام والقيمة المضافة. الكلمات المفتاح: برامج الإنعاش الإقتصادي، المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، مستوى التشغيل، الناتج الوطني الخام، القيمة المضافة.
