مصادر الضغوط المهنية لدى الممرضين

Résumé: .ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أكثر مصادر الضغوط المهنية شيوعا، و مستوى هذه الضغوط لدى عينة من الممرضين، و مدى اختلاف هذا المستوى وفقا لمتغيرات ( الجنس ،الخبرة المهنية،الرتبة المهنية). وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (63) ممرضا، و تم استخدام مقياس للضغوط المهنية و بعد التحليل الإحصائي باستخدام النظام الإحصائي SPSS توصلت الدراسة إلى ما يلي: -مصدر الضغوط المهنية الأكثر شيوعا لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة هو طبيعة وبيئة العمل بمتوسط (14.07) - يعاني الممرضون من مستوى ضغط مهني مرتفع . - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الضغوط المهنية تعزى لمتغيري الجنس و الخبرة المهنية . - وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الضغوط المهنية تعزى لمتغير الرتبة المهنية وكانت لصالح الرتب الأدنى الكلمات المفتاح : مصادر ضغوط مهنية ، ممرضون. Abstract : This study aimed at identifying the most common sources of professional pressures, and their level of pressures in a sample of nurses, and the extent to which this level varies according to the variables (gender, professional experience, professional grade). The study sample consisted of (63) nurses, and the use of a measure of professional pressure, and after statistical analysis using the Statistical system SPSS The study concluded that: -The most common professional pressures in the study sample were the nature, and the work environment in the rate of (14, 07). -Nurses suffer from a high level of professional pressure. - There are no statistically significant differences in the level of professional pressures, due to gender variables and professional experience. - There were statistically significant differences in the level of professional pressures that returns on the professional grade in the favor of the low grades.
