Etude Des Réseaux De Bragg Dans Les Fibres Optiques
Résumé: This work revolves around three main axes, which are general on the optical fiber, the study of the Bragg gratings in an optical fiber, and finally the simulation of the Bragg gratings in optical fiber. In the first place, we have provided information about optical fiber and the diffusion of light in it, showing the differences between its types and what distinguishes each type, besides mentioning the most important points that distinguish optical fiber. After that, we are focused on the study of Bragg gratings (fabrication, operation, types and application); a Bragg grating is a periodic modulation of the refractive index of the core of an optical fiber, so that you can hear the processing of wavelengths, and it is to restore the distorted signal due to dispersion, especially over long distances. Finally, we moved on to the simulation and creation of Bragg gratings in optical fiber using the optisystem program, in order to study the difference between the different types of Bragg gratings to assess the performance of the grating in terms transmission quality (Q factor), the BER (Bit Error Rate) values and their effect on the optical fiber, in order to obtain good transmission between the transmitter and the receiver.
