الاحتراق النفسي وعلاقته بالدافعية للإنجاز لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة
Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الاحتراق النفسي والدافعية الإنجاز لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة, ولتحقيق الهدف المرجو اعتمدنا في الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي الذي يتناسب مع طبيعة الدراسة. حيث تم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة قدراها(30) مربى أطفال ذوي احتياجات الخاصة بالمراكز النفسية البيداغوجية وجمعيات المتكفلة بذوي احتياجات الخاصة, حيث تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية وتم جمع المعلومات من خلال مقياس الاحتراق النفسي ومقياس الدافعية الإنجاز. تم التوصل في هذه الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين الاحتراق النفسي والدافعية الإنجاز لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائيا بين الاحتراق النفسي ودافعية العمل في الجماعة لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة . - توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائيا بين الاحتراق النفسي ودافعية نحوى الإبداع لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة . - توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائيا بين الاحتراق النفسي ودافعية نحوى تحقيق الأهداف. Résumé : فرنسية أو انجلزية This study aims to know the relationship between psychological burnout and achievement motivation among special education teachers. Where the study was applied to a sample of (30) educators of children with special needs in pedagogical psychological centers and associations that sponsor people with special needs, where they were chosen randomly and the information was collected through the burnout scale and the achievement motivation scale. In this study, the following results were obtained: - There is a correlation between psychological burnout and achievement motivation among special education teachers. - There is a statistically significant correlation between psychological burnout and group work motivation among special education teachers. – There is a statistically significant correlation between burnout and creativity motive for special education teachers. - There is a statistically significant correlation between psychological burnout and motivation towards achieving goals.
