تدخل الجمعيات البيئية في حماية التراث اللامادي تحقيقا للتنمية المستدامة على ضوء التشريع الجزائري

Résumé: لخص: أصبح موضوع حماية التراث اللامادي من أهم المواضيع التي تطرح على طاولات النقاش مؤخرا، خاصة في ظل السياسة البيئية المنتهجة حاليا من طرف السلطات العامة، فحماية هذا الموروث يعني بالدرجة الأولى حماية الارث الوطني وتنميته وجعله رافدا من روافد تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي في ظل التنمية المستدامة. من خلال هذه المداخلة سنتوقف على دور الجمعيات البيئية في حماية هذا التراث واسهامها في المحافظة عليه وتنميته، خاصة وأن القانون 03/10 المتعلق بحماية البيئة في إطار التنمية المستدامة مكنها من ذلك، بالإضافة أكيد الى قانون الجمعيات 06/12، والقانون 98/04. Abstract : The topic of the protection of the grey heritage has recently become one of the most important topics on the table. environmental policy currently being pursued by public authorities, Protecting this inheritance means primarily protecting and developing the national heritage and making it a source of economic growth with sustainable development. Through this intervention we will depend on the role of environmental associations in protecting this heritage and their contribution to its conservation and development, In particular, Act No. 03/10 on the protection of the environment in the context of sustainable development enabled it to do so, in addition to Act No. 06/12, and Act No. 98/04 was confirmed.
