Résumé: الملخص: لقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لتوضيح المشاكل والآليات المعتمدة لإعادة الاستقرار المالي لصندوق الوطني للتقاعد، بحيث يحتل هذا الأخير مكانة هامة في منظومة الضمان الاجتماعي، فهو يتولى مهمة ضمان والحماية الاجتماعية لفئة المتقاعدين. ولقد توصلنا إلى أن صندوق التقاعد الوطني يعاني من عجز في الفترة الأخيرة، وهذا راجع إلى عدة أسباب تم ذكرها، كما وضحت الدراسة الإصلاحات التي تندرج ضمن إطار تحسين الوضعية المالية لنظام التقاعد للحفاظ على ديمومته لأجل الوفاء بالتزاماته. الكلمات المفتاحية: الصندوق الوطني للتقاعد، منحة التقاعد، التوازنات المالية للصندوق. تصنيف JEL: G23 Abstract: This study to clarify problems and mechanisms adopted to restore financial stability to the national pension fund, so that the latter has an important place in the social security system, it is the task of ensuring social protection for retired class. We have reached the national pension fund deficit lately, and this is due to several reasons have been mentioned, as I explained to study the reforms within the framework of improving the financial status of the pension system to maintain its lifetime to fulfil his obligations.
