الرضا عن التوجيه وعلاقته بالدافعية للانجاز لدى تلاميذ السنة الثانية ثانوي

Résumé: اعتمادا على البيانات الإحصائية, وفي إطار الهدف الرئيسي للدراسة وهو التأكد من وجود علاقة بين الرضا عن التوجيه الدراسي والدافعية للإنجاز لدى تلاميذ السنة الثانية ثانوي، ومن خلال تحديد فرضيات الدراسة التي مضمونها أن هناك علاقة بين الرضا عن التوجيه الدراسي والدافعية للانجاز لدى أفراد العينة إضافة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الرضا عن التوجيه الدراسي والدافعية للإنجاز باختلاف الجنس والتخصص. وبعد إجرائنا للدراسة الميدانية توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية : توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الرضا عن التوجيه الدراسي و الدافعية للانجاز لدى تلاميذ السنة الثانية ثانوي. لا توجد فروق في الرضا عن التوجيه الدراسي بين الذكور والإناث.لا توجد فروق في الدافعية للانجاز بين الذكور والإناث. و انه توجد فروق في الرضا عن التوجيه الدراسي باختلاف التخصصات.ولا توجد فروق في الدافعية للانجاز باختلاف التخصصات. Abstract : Based on the statistical data, and within the main objective of the study is to make sure that there is a relationship between satisfaction with the educational guidance and motivation for achievement in the second year secondary students, and by determining the hypothesis of the study that there is a relationship between satisfaction with the academic, guidance and motivation for the achievement of the sample, The existence of differences of statistical significance in the satisfaction of the educational guidance and motivation for (achievement by gender and specialization. After conducting the field study, we found the following results . There is a statistically significant relationship between the satisfaction of the educational guidance and the motivation for achievement in the students of the second year secondary. There are no differences in motivation for achievement between males and females. There are differences in satisfaction with the academic direction in different disciplines. There are no differences in motivation for achievement in different disciplines studyˈstədē.
