نظم المعلومات كمدخل لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية من وجهة نظر موظفي بنك Badr

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور نظم المعلومات في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية، حيث تزايد الإهتمام من قبل المؤسسات التي تنشط في بيئة تنافسية على اكتساب ميزة تنافسية وتحسين تموقعها في السوق، وهذا من خلال الإهتمام بالتطورات التكنولوجية التي تساعد على معالجة، تخزين وتوزيع المعلومات. طبقت الدراسة على عينة من موظفي بنك BADR بقالمة، واستخدامنا SPSS لمعالجة الإجابات، ومن النتائج المتوصل إليها وجود علاقة إيجابية قوية جدا تربط بين بين نظم المعلومات والميزة التنافسية. This study aims to highlight the role of information systems in achieving the competitive advantage, where the increasing interest by the institutions that are active in a competitive environment to gain a competitive advantage and improve its position in the market, and this is through paying attention to the technological developments that help in processing, storing and distributing information. The study was applied to a sample of BADR Bank employees in Guelma, and we used SPSS to process the answers, and from the results reached, there was a very strong positive relationship linking between information systems and competitive advantage.
