دور الجامعة في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى الشباب الجامعي

Résumé: يعد مفهوم المواطنة أحد المفاهيم الهامة في علم الاجتماع السياسي، كون المواطنة من القضايا ذات الأبعاد السياسية و الاجتماعية التي تعبر عن معايير الانتماء للوطن و وعي الأفراد بالحقوق والواجبات، ومواجهة التحديات الراهنة، ويعد تلقين قيم المواطنة أحد أهم وظائف مؤسسات التنشئة والتربية ، التي يلقى على عاتقها مهمة تأهيل الشباب ليكونوا مشاركين في المجتمع لا مستقبلين ، وذلك لكون أن مبدأ المشاركة أساسي لتنمية قيم المواطنة عندهم، أين يواجه حاليا الشباب الكثير من التناقضات القيمية التي تؤثر على سلوكاتهم و اتجاهاتهم الحياتية وسط العديد من التغيرات الحاصلة ، وفي ضوء هذه المتغيرات تظهر أهمية الجامعة كمؤسسة تنشئية وتعليمية من خلال دورها البارز في ترسيخ قيم المواطنة وتحمل المسؤولية لدى الشباب الجامعي ، إذا ما توافرت لها سبل الاستثمار الواعي من مناهج دراسية و أنشطة طلابية و غيرها من الآليات التي من شأنها أن تنمي قيم المواطنة لديهم وتدفعهم للمشاركة في قضايا المجتمع وفق تفاعل طلابي هادف و اتصال الجامعة و العالم المحيط بها. Abstract: The concept of citizenship is one of the important concepts in political sociology and citizenship of issues of political, social and citizenship dimensions. It reflects the criteria of belonging to the homeland, the awareness of individuals about rights and duties, facing current challenges. The education of the values of citizenship is one of the most important functions of educational institutions, To be community participants and positive as well, since the principle of participation is very fundamental to the development of the values of citizenship among young people, and now face many of the contradictions of values that affect their behavior and life trends, amid many changes, and in The light of these changes shows the importance of the university as a scientific institution through its prominent role in consolidating the values of citizenship and establishing the principles of responsibility among university youth in order to enable them to actively and consciously work both scientifically and through various student activities and other mechanisms. Which will develop their citizenship values and push them to participate in community issues according to a clear student interaction in the university and in the world around it.
