التمويل الإسلامي كآلية لتمويل القطاع الفلاحي - بنك السلام الجزائر نموذجا-

Résumé: ملخص: حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة توضيح الآليات الحديثة في تمويل القطاع الفلاحي في الجزائر، حيث منحت لهذا الأخير أهمية خاصة من خلال تبني عدة خطط قادرة على تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية، والمحافظة على الموارد الطبيعية لهذا القطاع، كما تهدف هذه الدراسة الى توضيح أهم الصيغ التمويلية الاسلامية المقترحة للقطاع الفلاحي عامة وبنك السلام الجزائري خاصة، في ظل امتناع بعض البنوك على تمويل هذا القطاع نظرا لطبيعة العملية الإنتاجية الفلاحية، والعوامل المؤثرة فيها. Abstract: We tried through this study modern mechanisms in the financing of the agricultural sector in Algeria, where the latter was given special importance by adopting several plans are able to achieve economic development, preservation of natural resources for this sector, and this study is designed to clarify the most important Islamic financing formulas proposed for the agricultural sector in general and the bank of the Algerian peace, especially in light of the failure of some banks to finance this sector given the nature of the agricultural production process, and the factors affecting them.
