التنمية العربية بين مقاربتين مقاربة الرشد والاستخلاف كبديل
Résumé: : المداخلة ستقدم إطارا فكريا يراكم المنظور العربي والإسلامي للتنمية من خلال مقاربة المشروع الحضاري النهضوي العربي الذي يقدم أولوية مواجهة المشروع الصهيوني والاستعمار ومقاربة الحركات الإسلامية التي تعتمد على أولوية الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان وتحسين شروط الحياة السياسية،ويستفيد من انجازات التنمية في دول النمور الآسيوية التي تقدم إطارا جديدا للتنمية وعلى الخصوص التجربة الماليزية والاندونيسية ،من خلال تجديد فكرة الافرو –آسيوية للمفكر الجزائري مالك بن نبي وتختتم المداخلة باقتراح مقاربة جديدة تحت عنوان مقاربة الرشد والاستخلاف.The intervention will provide an intellectual framework that will capture the Arab and Islamic perspective of development through the approach of the Arab Renaissance project, which gives priority to confronting the Zionist project and colonialism and the approach of Islamic movements based on the priority of democracy and human rights and improving the conditions of political life. In particular the Malaysian and Indonesian experience, by renewing the Afro-Asian idea of Algerian thinker Malik Ben Nabi and concluding the intervention by suggesting a new approach under the heading of the approach of rationality and differentiation.
