قانون الحرب العادلة وحروب روما التوسعية -الحرب البونية 264 -146 ق.م أنموذجا-

Résumé: إعتمدت روما في توسعاتها إلى جانب القوة العسكرية، على منظومتها القانونية، ومن بين هذه القوانين قانون الحرب العادلة الذي يوجب الحرب إلا في حالة إلحقاق الضرر بالرومان وممتلكاتهم وحلفائهم، وفي هذه الورقة البحثية سيتم دراسة الأسباب التي قدمها الكتاب القدامى لإعلان روما الحرب ضد قرطاجة. لنخلص في الأخير إلى ضعف التبريرات المقدمة من طرف الرومان في الحروب البونية، لكن باستغلال منظومتها القانونية وتكييفها وفق حاجتها السياسية والعسكرية تمكنت من تدمير قرطاجة، ومن خلال تجربة الحروب البونية بدأت تظهر ملامح الفكر الإستعماري الذي ظهر ببداية التوسع الروماني.
