دور الأحصائي علم النفس العمل والتنظيم في إدارة الجمارك

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور المختص في علم النفس العمل والتنظيم في المؤسسات بصفة عامة وفي إدارة الجمارك بصفة خاصة. كما تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح أهمية علم النفس العمل والتنظيم في هذه المنظمة حيث تلعب دور جد فعال في تنظيم الفرد والجماعة في الوسط المهني. ومن خلال بحثنا وعن طريق الملاحظة التي تنبع من خبرة طويلة في الميدان. استخلصنا إلى أن إدارة الجمارك لا يمكنها المضي قدما دون الاعتماد على وظيفة المختص النفسي في علم النفس العمل والتنظيم شأنها شأن المؤسسات والمنظمات الأخرى عمومية كانت أو خاصة. Abstrect: This study aims to highlight the role of the specialist in the psychology of work and organization in institutions in general and in customs administration in particular. This study also aims to clarify the importance of work and organization psychology in this organization. It plays a very effective role in organizing the individual and the group in the professional environment. Through our research and through observation that stems from long experience in the field. We concluded that the customs administration cannot move forward without relying on the job of a psychologist in work and organizational psychology, like other institutions and organizations, whether public or private.
