مشروعية تحديث الفكر الإسلامي عند عبد المجيد الشرفي

Résumé: نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة إلى بحث موضوع محاولة إعادة قراءة التراث العربي الإسلامي عند واحد من أهم المفكرين العرب والمسلمين المعاصرين وهو المفكر التونسي "عبد المجيد الشرفي"؛ حيث يحاول من خلال مؤلفاته تقديم قراءة علمية جديدة للتراث الإسلامي من خلال تطبيق مناهج العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية عليه، وذلك بهدف الوصول إلى نتائج علمية جديدة تتفق مع العقل والمنطق، عكس القراءات البعيدة عن الحقيقة التاريخية والموضوعية. لقد سعى "عبد المجيد الشرفي" إلى ضرورة تحديث العلوم الإسلامية ككلّ؛ خاصة علم الفقه، علم أصول الفقه، علم الحديث، علم الكلام، علم التفسير وغيرها من العلوم التي جاءت لتفسّر النصوص القرآنية بعد سنوات عديدة من نزول الوحي، واخترنا علم الفقه كنموذج فقط لأنّه العلم الذي صُنّفت فيه الكثير من التآليف، ولأنّه يختصّ بوضع الأحكام التي تسيّر أفعال البشر وفق الحلال والحرام، وهي أحكام ينبغي إعادة قراءتها بما يتّفق مع القانون السائد الآن، لأنها في النهاية ما هي إلاّ اجتهادات بشرية وُضعت في ظروف تاريخية خاصة بذلك الزمن. Through this paper, we aim to discuss the issue of attempting to re-read the Arab-Islamic heritage of one of the most important contemporary Arab and Muslim thinkers, the Tunisian thinker " Abd al-Majīd Sharfī"; Through his books, he tries to provide a new scientific reading of the Islamic heritage by applying the humanities and social sciences approaches to it, with the aim of reaching new scientific results that are consistent with reason and logic, unlike readings that are far from historical and objective truth. Abd al-Majid al-Sharfi sought to modernize Islamic sciences as a whole; especially the science of jurisprudence ‘’Fiqh’’, the science of Principles of Islamic jurisprudence ‘’uṣūl al-fiqh’’, the science of hadith ʻ’ilm al-ḥadīth’’, Science of discourseʿ’Ilm al-Kalām’’, the Science of Tafsir ‘’tafsīr’’ and sciences that came to interpret the Qur’anic texts many years after revelation, and we chose the science of jurisprudence as a model only Because it is the science in which many books have been classified, And because it specializes in laying down provisions that direct human actions according to what is permissible and forbidden, and these provisions must be re-read in accordance with the prevailing law now, because in the end they are nothing but human judgments that were developed in historical circumstances specific to that time.
