جهود مؤسسة الحسبة في مكافحة الانحرافات التجارية في الأندلس ما بين القرنين (4-6ه/10-12م) Efforts Of The Al-hisba Foundation In Combating Commercial Deviations In Andalusia Between The Two Centuries (4-6 A.h./10-12 A.d.)

Résumé: عرفت الحياة الاقتصادية في الأندلس في عهد المرابطين ما بين القرنين (4-6ه/10-12م) تطورا وازدهارا كبيرا مس مختلف الميادين الاقتصادية من زراعة وصناعة وتجارة انعكست آثارها الإيجابية على المجتمع الأندلسي، ولكن ورغم ذلك التطور إلا أن هذا لم بمنع من تفشي بعض مظاهر الانحرافات التجارية التي كان لها وقعها على الدولة والاقتصاد كالغش في البيوع واحتكار السلع... وغيرها، وقد كانت تلك الانحرافات محصلة لجملة من العوامل المختلفة لتجد السلطة ومؤسسة الحسبة نفسيهما مجبرتين على العمل للحد من تفاقم هذه الآفات وردعها بمختلف الإجراءات والأساليب لما لها من آثار سلبية. Economic life in Andalusia during the Almoravid era between the two centuries (4-6 AH / 10-12 AD) witnessed a great development and prosperity, affecting various economic fields such as agriculture, industry and trade, whose positive effects were reflected on Andalusian society. However, despite this development, this did not prevent the spread of some commercial deviations that had an impact on the state and the economy, such as fraud in sales, monopolizing commodities... and others. These deviations were the result of a number of different factors, so that the authority and the Hisba institution found themselves forced to work to limit the exacerbation of these scourges and deter them with various measures and methods because of their negative effects.
