دور نظام الإدارة البيئية في تعزيز المسؤولية البيئية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية –دراسة ميدانية-

Résumé: This study aimed to develop a special framework that is considered as an actionplan for Algerian economic institutions in particular those who have negative effects on the environment through their activities, in order to assume their environmental responsibility and contribute to protecting the environment and reducing pollution, by adopting the environmental management system in accordance with the ISO 14001 standard. The study focused on knowing the level of application of the requirements of the environmental management system in accordance with the ISO 14001:2015 standard, provided that the environmental responsibility of the economic institution has four entrances, which are environmental qualification, environmental performance, environmental accounting, and environmental behavior in the ECDE Cement Corporation, which is active in the state of Chlef. The study revealed that the level of application of the requirements of the environmental management system in the institution is good, and that it has awareness and consciousness of the importance of obtaining the ISO 14001: 2015 certificate. This has helped it to enhance its environmental responsibility by taking the necessary measures to environmentally rehabilitate it and improve its environmental performance; however it does not seek to apply environmental accounting. Whereas its environmental behavior has been directed towards the better, and it has become anticipating environmental problems with effective and definitive solutions
