Etude Et Analyse Des Problèmes Rencontrés Pendant La Réalisation De La Technique Ubd Dans Le Champ Du Hassi Messaoud
Résumé: This final thesis is reserved to study the problems encountered during underbalance drilling in the Cambrian reservoir formation Ra, Ri, and R2ab, at Hassi Messaoud field. Analysis of the sorting data (13) horizontally drilled Cambrian wells shows that the hole-cleaning problem is most common in underbalance drilling. This problem is more frequent in the formation of the Cambrian reservoir Raand is obtained when this formation decomposes easily and produces large cutting that cannot be transported by the nitrified crude due to the low viscosity of the latter. The problem of high torque is more significant in the formation of the Ri Cambrian reservoir when it is hard and abrasive which directly influences the life of the drilling tools (cone left in hole problem) and the increase in the temperature of the bottom of the well due to excessive friction. Hole instability has appeared more in the formation of Cambrian R2ab reservoir. The NPT index of cone left in the hole, high temperature, DDV failure and hole instability is higher in comparison to other problems.
