اثر تمكين العاملين على فعالية تطبيق ادارة المعرفة (دراسة ميدانية للمؤسسة البلدية لتسيير التقنيات الحظرية Gtu ) سنة: 2022
Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة أثر تمكين العاملين على فعالية تطبيق إدارة المعرفة بالمؤسسة البلدية لتسيير التقنيات الحظرية في حاسي مسعود ذات 165 عامل تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في عينة من عمال المؤسسة من كل الفئات وتم اختيار عينة من 50 شخص وتم استرجاع البيانات من 40 شخص فقط واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد تم استخدام أداة الاستبيان والقيام بالمعالجة الإحصائية عن طريق برنامج SPSS النسخة V25 لتحليل البيانات. خلصت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج أهمها: - أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لتفويض السلطة على تطبيق المعرفة بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة - أكدت نتائج الدراسة أنه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لفرق العمل على تطبيق المعرفة بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة - بينت نتائج الدراسة أنه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لتدريب الموارد البشرية على تطبيق المعرفة بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة This study aimed to determine the impact of workers' empowerment on the effectiveness of applying knowledge management to the municipal institution for the management of prohibitive technologies in the 165-worker Hassi Messaoud. The study community was represented in a sample of the Foundation's workers from all categories. A sample of 50 people was selected. Data was retrieved from only 40 people. The study was based on the analytical descriptive curriculum. The questionnaire tool was used and statistical processing was performed through SPSS software the V25 version for data analysis. The study concluded a series of results, the most important of which are: The results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant effect of delegation of authority on the application of knowledge in the institution under study - The results of the study confirmed that there is a statistically significant effect of the work teams on the application of knowledge in the institution under study The results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant effect of human resource training on the application of knowledge in the institution under study
