العوامل المؤدية إلى انتشار تعاطي المخدرات وسبل الوقاية منها في ضوء الفقه الإسلامي

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة، إلى تحليل جذور ظاهرة الإدمان الخطيرة واقتراح حلول مناسبة وقائية وعلاجية من منظور إسلامي. تسعى هذه المقالة إلى تحديد العوامل الفردية، والاجتماعية، والاقتصادية، والدينية التي تساهم في انتشار تعاطي المخدرات، ثم تحليل سبل مواجهتها في ضوء تعاليم الإسلام. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي-التحليلي، من خلال الاستناد إلى المصادر الإسلامية المعتبرة، كـالقرآن الكريم، والأحاديث النبوية، والكتب الفقهية، لتوضيح الأسس النظرية والفقهية لهذه القضية. تشير نتائج البحث إلى أن ضعف الإيمان، والبطالة، ومرافقة رفقاء السوء، والمشاكل الأسرية، والفقر الاقتصادي تُعد من أبرز العوامل التي تؤدي إلى انتشار المخدرات. في المقابل، فإن تعزيز العقيدة الدينية والقيم الإسلامية من خلال الالتزام بالعبادات، وتطبيق العقوبات الشرعية، وتحريم زراعة وتجارة المخدرات شرعًا وقانونًا، وإنشاء مراكز علاجية خاصة بالتعافي من الإدمان، وتوفير فرص العمل للمتعافين، كلها من الاستراتيجيات التي توصي بها الشريعة الإسلامية للتصدي لهذه الظاهرة. وفي الختام، تؤكد هذه الدراسة أن الوقاية من الإدمان وعلاجه لا يكونان إلا من خلال اعتماد منهج شامل إسلامي، يتكامل فيه الإيمان والعقيدة، والعدالة الاجتماعية، ومسؤولية الحاكم المسلم، والتربية الأسرية كدعائم أساسية. وتُظهر هذه الدراسة، من خلال الرجوع إلى المصادر الدينية الأصيلة، أن الإسلام لا يكتفي بتحريم الإدمان، بل يقدم حلولًا شاملة لمواجهته في إطار القيم الدينية والشرعية. Abstract This study, aims to investigate the root causes of the widespread phenomenon of addiction and to propose appropriate preventive and therapeutic solutions from an Islamic perspective. The article explores individual, social, economic, and religious factors contributing to the spread of drug use, followed by an analysis of preventive measures based on Islamic teachings. The research adopts a descriptive-analytical method, drawing upon authoritative Islamic sources such as the Holy Qur’an, Prophetic traditions, and jurisprudential texts to clarify the theoretical and legal foundations of the issue. Findings indicate that weak faith, unemployment, association with delinquent peers, family problems, and economic hardship are among the key drivers of drug proliferation. Conversely, strengthening religious beliefs and Islamic values through adherence to worship, the implementation of Sharia-based punishments, prohibition of drug cultivation and trade, establishment of rehabilitation centers, and providing employment opportunities for recovering individuals are among the recommended Islamic strategies to combat this issue. Ultimately, the study emphasizes that the prevention and treatment of addiction is achievable only through a comprehensive Islamic approach—one that integrates faith, social justice, governmental responsibility, and proper family upbringing as foundational pillars. Drawing on authentic religious sources, this research underscores that Islam not only prohibits addiction but also offers holistic solutions to confront it within the framework of its moral and legal principles.
