القراض و المضاربة التجارية بالمغرب الاوسط مابين (ق6-9هـ/12-15م).

Résumé: يحاول الباحث في هذا المقال الكشف عن أهم تقنيات التعامل التجاري في المغرب الاوسط وأهميته في تسهيل المبادلات التجارية،في الفترة التاريخية الممتدة مابين القرنين السادس والتاسع الهجريين (ق12/15م)،والمتمثل في القراض أو المضاربة التجارية ،وهي عقد شراكة بين صاحب رأس المال و شريكه.حيث يعمل المضارب على التداول بالسلع أو رأس المال و بعد انتهاء العملية التجارية يعيد رأس المال و يقتسمان الأرباح وفق العقد المبرم بينهما سلفا . توصل الباحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها حجم التطور الكبير في مجالات آليات التعامل التجاري بالمغرب الاوسط،ثانيا أهمية المضاربة التجارية في تسهيل التعامل التجاري،وأخيراَ أهمية الوثائق اللاتينية و النصوص الإفتائية في دراسة تاريخ المغرب الاوسط الاقتصادي . Abstract : In this article, the researcher tries to detect the most important trade deal techniques in Maghreb Central and its importance in facilitating trade,in the historical period between the sixteenth and nineteenth centuries AH (C12/15 AD), exemplified by Kirad or commercial speculation,which is a partnership between the owner of capital Hrike.hat speculator and works on the trading of goods or capital, and after the end of the business process re capital and share a profit according to their contract previously. The study concluded the following findings:the size of the great development in the areas of the mechanics of doing business in Maghreb Central ,secondly the importance of trade speculation in facilitating the trade deal, and finally the importance of the Latin texts of documents and the advisory in the study of the history of Maghreb Central Economic .
