تحليل و تقييم تنافسية قطاع السياحة والسفر الجزائري مغاربيا عربيا ودوليا وفق مؤشر تنافسية السياحة والسفر للمنتدى الاقتصادي العالمي في الفترة2015-2019

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة المركز التنافسي لقطاع السياحة والسفر الجزائري مغاربيا، عربيا ودوليا. اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتشخيص واقع هذا القطاع من خلال تحليل أدائه بالاعتماد على أهم المؤشرات الاقتصادية الكلية المرتبطة به، ومن ثم تقييم مدى تنافسيته في السوق السياحية الدولية. خلصت الدراسة الى أن قطاع السياحة و السفر الجزائري يحتل مراتب تنافسية متأخرة مغاربيا، عربيا ودوليا استنادا لمؤشر تنافسية السياحة والأسفار TTCI للمنتدى الاقتصادي العالمي DAVOSفي الفترة [2015-2019] بالنسبة لمعظم المؤشرات الرئيسية والفرعية المنبثقة عنه، وأنه بذلك بعيد عن مستوى المعايير والمواصفات الدولية المعتمدة. The study aims to determine the competitive position of the Algerian Travel and Tourism Sector in the Maghreb ,Arab and International. We based our study on the descriptive analytical method to diagnose the reality of this sector through analyzing its performance based on the most important macroeconomic indicators linked to it, and then evaluating its competitiveness in the international tourism market. The study concluded that the tourism and travel sector in Algeria occupies late competitive ranks in the Maghreb, in the Arab world and Internationally based on the world economic forum ‘s tourism and travel competitiveness index TTCI (2015-2019) for most of the main and sub indicators resulting from it and that this is far from the level of international standards and specifications adopted
