اضطراب المعارضة المصاحبة بالاستفزاز (odd) كمؤشر للسيكوباتية لدى المراهق الجانح

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تشخيص اضطراب المعارضة المصاحبة بالاستفزاز، والتعرف على الميول السيكوباثولوجية عند المراهق الجانح، وكذا الكشف عن العلاقة السببية بينهما، وذلك من خلال البحث في العلاقة بين السيكوباتية واضطراب المعارضة المصاحبة بالاستفزاز. تم الاعتماد على المنهج الإكلينيكي وأدواته المتمثلة في: الملاحظة المباشرة؛ والمقابلة العيادية البحثية نصف الموجهة؛ وكذا مقياس العناد والتحدي؛ ومقياس مينسوتا متعدد الأوجه للشخصية، طبقت الدراسة على حالة واحدة كنموذج من المراهقين الجانحين. أشارت النتائج إلى أن المراهق الجانح يعاني من اضطراب المعارضة المصاحبة بالاستفزاز، مع وجود ميول سيكوباتية لديه، كما أن هناك علاقة بين أعراض المعارضة المصاحبة بالاستفزاز كالعناد؛ والمعارضة والاستفزاز باعتبارها كمؤشرات للسيكوباتية. الكلمات المفتاحية: المعارضة؛ الاستفزاز؛ السيكوباتية؛ المراهقة؛ الجنوح. Abstract: The current study aims to diagnose the oppositional defiant disorder, to identify the psychopathological tendencies of the adolescent delinquent, as well as to uncover the causal relationship between them, through research into the relationship between psychopathy and the oppositional defiant disorder. The study was based on the clinical approach using the following tools: Direct clinical observation ;semi- directed clinical interview; as well as the Oppositional Defiant Disorder Scale and the-Minnesota-Multiphasic-Personality-Inventory, where the study was applied to a case of delinquent adolescent as a model. The results of the study concluded that the delinquent adolescent suffered from Oppositional Defiant Disorder, with psychopathic tendencies, and that there was a relationship between the Oppositional Defiant Disorder symptoms like,the intransigence ; opposition and provocation as indicators of psychopathy.
