الأسرة الجزائرية بين ثقافة إعادة الإدماج الاجتماعي للمحبوس المفرج عنه وبين إعادة إنتاج الجريمة.

Résumé: لقد حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة التعرف على ثقافة الأسرة بين إعادة الإدماج وبين إنتاج الجريمة دراسة ميدانية بمنطقة تلمسان مقارنة بين المساجين العائدين إلى السجن وغير العائدين إليه معتمدين على منهج دراسة الحالة، حيث نهدف إلى الكشف عن موقف الأسرة من إعادة الإدماج، والقيم التي ستتبناها بعد الإفراج على المحبوس. لقد وقفنا على مفارقة اجتماعية من خلال دور الأسرة في إعادة الإدماج وبروز القيم المادية المؤدية إلى إعادة إنتاج الجريمة . Abstract: We have tried trough This study to identify the culture of the family between to reinsert socially and the released priser in Tlemcen. A comparison between recidivists’ prisoners and those They don’t come back to prison via the interview and participant observation. Among what we focus to discover the position of the family to insert them through values which they follow on the released prisoner. We have focused on the social contradiction through the role of the family in the reinsertion and the rise of the materialistic values which contribute to the creation of crime.
