Résumé: ملخص: في إطار إعادة بناء النظم والمنظومات، وإعادة صياغة العلاقات، تشكلت منظومة معلوماتية، قائمة على تكنولوجيا المعلومات التي انتشرت تطبيقاتها في شتى المجالات، وعلى جميع المستويات محدثة بذلك تغيرات عميقة في نمط الحياة، وفي البنى التحتية للمجتمع، وفي منظوماته الاقتصادية، والثقافية، بشكل ملفت للانتباه. ويتضح ذلك من خلال شبكة العلاقات التي أقدمتها تكنولوجيا المعلومات مع هذه المنظومات السوسيوثقافية، والاقتصادية ، وكذا من خلال العلاقات بين هذه المنظومات مع بعضها البعض، التي أنتجتها هذه الآلية المتمثلة في تكنولوجيا المعلومات. كلمات مفتاحية: تكنولوجيا المعلومات؛ ما بعد الحداثة؛ العولمة؛ المنظومة الثقافية؛ المنظومة الاقتصادية؛ المعلوماتية.
