دراسة العلاقة التبادلية بين النفقات العامة و النمو الإقتصادي في الجزائر(1990-2021)

Résumé: "تهدف هذه الدراسة بشكل رئيسي، إلى دراسة العلاقة التبادلية بين النفقات العامة والنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة(1990-2021)، لتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تقسيم هاته الدراسة إلى فصلين: الفصل الأول تم فيه التطرق إلى بعض المفاهيم الأساسية حول النفقات العامة والنمو الاقتصادي، والفصل الثاني تم فيه اختبار العلاقة التبادلية بين النفقات العامة والنمو الاقتصادي بالاعتماد على التقنيات الحديثة في تحليل السلاسل الزمنية مثل اختبار الإستقرارية لديكي فولر، اختبار التكامل المشترك باستعمال نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية المبطأ(ARDL) واختبار السببية حسب مفهوم غرانجر. وقد دلت نتائج الدراسة على أن المتغيرين مستقرين في الفرق الأول، وهي متكاملة من الدرجة الأولى، مما يسمح لنا بالتأكد من وجود علاقة تكامل مشترك بين النمو الاقتصادي والنفقات العمومية، كما بينت النتائج أيضا وجود علاقة طويلة الأجل بين النفقات العامة والنمو الاقتصادي. الكلمات المفتاحية: نفقات عامة، نمو اقتصادي، تكامل مشترك، انحدار ذاتي للفجوات الزمنية المبطأ، سببية غرانجر. ""The studay mainly aims to study the interrelationship between public expenditures and economic growth in Algeria during the period (1990-2021). To achieve this goal, this study was divided into two chapter: In it the reciprocal relationship between public expenditures and economic growth was tested, based on modern techniques in time series analysis, such as the Dickey fuller stability test, the co-integration test using the ARDL model, and the causality test according to the Granger concept. The results of the study indicated that the tow variables are stable in the first difference, and they are integrated of the first degree, which allows us to confirm the existence of a co-integration relationship between economic growth and public expenditures. The results also showed that there is long –term relationship between public expenditures and economic growth, as well as the presence of causality in one direction, i.e. economic growth causes public expenditures.
