التحديات الاستراتيجية لإدارة مخاطر شركات التأمين التكافلي في الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة إدارة المخاطر في شركات التأمين التكافلي، حيث ازدادت أهمية هذا التأمين وتوسعت أسواقه نظرا لحجم رؤوس الأموال المجمعة لديها، و كونها تعمل على تمويل الاستثمارات التي تعتبر محور التنمية الاقتصادية، هذا ما يجعلها عرضة للعديد من المخاطر التي تنعكس سلبا على دور و موقع الشركات وقدراتها المالية بما يسمح لها بالمحافظة على التزاماتها و قدرتها التمويلية، وبالتالي تواجه شركات التأمين التكافلي عدة مخاطر، لذلك وجب عليها تبني استراتيجية أو نظام ما يكفل لها حسن إدارة المخاطر لتجنبها أو على الأقل التخفيف من حدتها This research paper aims to study risk management in Takaful insurance companies, as the importance of this insurance has increased and its markets expanded due to the size of its pooled capital, and the fact that it works to finance investments that are the focus of economic development, which makes it vulnerable to many risks that reflect negatively on The role and location of companies and their financial capabilities to allow them to maintain their obligations and their financing capacity, and thus the Takaful insurance companies face several risks, so they must adopt a strategy or system that guarantees them a good risk management to avoid them or at least reduce their severity.
