الوظيفة الأمنيـة للشرطـة وأثرها على الحريات الشخصيــة للأفــراد
Résumé: وظيفة الشرطة في المجتمع تعد أهم الوظائف، وهي الحاجة إلى الأمن، والهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تبيان الحريات الشخصية الأساسية التي تتفرع عنها باقي الحريات وبيان أيضا الضمانات القضائية والقانونية لتكريسه وتفعيلها وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الحديث عن الحريات الشخصية لا يتحقق من مجرد النص عليها في صلب النصوص القانونية ما لم تكن هناك ضمانات تسمح التمتع بها لا سيما في الظروف الاستثنائية. The function of the police in society is the most important function, which is the need for security, and the aim of this study is to clarify the basic personal freedoms from which the rest of the freedoms are branched, and also to show the judicial and legal guarantees for its dedication and activation. The core of legal texts, unless there are guarantees that allow its enjoyment, especially in exceptional circumstances.
