التنظير المنهجي لإشكالية التنمية في فلسفة عبد الله شريط

Résumé: ملخص: يعد عبد الله شريط من المفكرين الجزائريين المهتمين بقضايا التنمية الذي حمل مشروعا فكريا وفلسفيا حاول من خلاله تعليل العوامل التاريخية والحضارية لتي عثّرت نهضتنا الفكرية والثقافية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية عندما واجه المجتمع الجزائري تحديات جمّة استهدفت حضارته وتراثه وثرواته وحريته، وفي ورقتنا البحثية سنحاول تقديم قراءة تحليلية للمواقف الفكرية التي تبنّاها عبد الله شريط عبر مساره الفلسفي ووضعه للآليات المنهجية الواقعية وتحديد معوقات التنمية في المجتمع الجزائري لمواجهة أزمة التخلف وتحطيم فكرة التبعية التي شكّلت هاجسًا أمام المجتمعات النامية، وإبراز الهوّة الشاسعة بين ما هو نظري وما هو عملي على مستوى تناول بعض المشكلات المؤثرة في واقعنا الاجتماعي، فكيف يمكن حسب المفكر عبد الله شريط إحداث التغييرات الضرورية والدخول في معركة النهضة والنظر إلى الإنسان باعتباره أحد العناصر المكوّنة للحضارة. Abstract: Abdullah Chreit is one of Algerian intellectuals interested in development issues, which carried an intellectual and philosophical project in which he tried to explain the historical and cultural factors that found our intellectual, cultural, economic and social renaissance when Algerian society faced great challenges targeting its civilization, heritage, wealth and freedom. In our research paper, we will try to provide an analytical reading of the intellectual positions adopted by Abdullah Chreit through his philosophical path and his development of realistic methodological mechanisms, and we will identify the development obstacles in Algerian society to face the underdevelopment crisis, and to destroy the idea of dependency that has been an obsession in developing societies, then highlight the vast gap between what is theoretical and what is practical in dealing with some problems affecting our social reality, how, according to the thinker Abdullah Chreit, by bringing the necessary changes and enter into the battle of renaissance Abdullah Chreit and look at the human being as one of the constituent elements of civilization.
