القواعد القانونية لحماية البيئة في دولة فلسطين المحتلة في ظل الاحتلال الإسرائيلي.

Résumé: تتمحور إشكالية الدراسة حول ما هي القواعد القانونية لحماية البيئة في دولة فلسطين المحتلة في ظل الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، لذلك كان الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو ابراز المسؤولية الدولية للاحتلال الاسرائيلي فيما يتعلق بمخالفة أحكام القانون الدولي الإنساني في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة، وتكمن أهمية دراسة هذا الموضوع في أنه يبين كيف أن إسرائيل استغلت قوة القانون المعمول به في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة وقامت باستخدامه بطريقة تخدم مصالحها ومصالح المستوطنين مستنتجا إن مشكلة تلوث البيئة الفلسطينية ما زالت تفتقر إلى ذلك الجهد الذي يلزم لإثارتها وتحريك المسؤولية المترتبة عليها. Abstract: The problem of the study revolves around what are the legal rules for protecting the environment in the occupied state of Palestine under the Israeli occupation, so the aim of this study was to highlight the international responsibility of the Israeli occupation with regard to violating the provisions of international humanitarian law in the occupied Palestinian territories, and the importance of studying this topic lies in that It shows how Israel has exploited the force of the law applicable in the occupied Palestinian territories and used it in a way that serves its interests and the interests of the settlers. Concluding that the problem of polluting the Palestinian environment still lacks the effort that is needed to raise it and mobilize the responsibility arising from it.
