المشكلات النفسية لدى المرأة المسنة -دراسة نظرية تحليلية-

Résumé: يمر الانسان منذ ولادته بمراحل عدة انطلاقا من مرحلة الطفولة، المراهقة الرشد، ولقد اعطي لكل مرحلة من هذه المراحل اهتماما من طرف الباحثين والأكاديميين في مختلف المجلات نظرا لما تشكله كل مرحلة من أهمية في مسار النمو بالنسبة للفرد، وتعد مرحلة الشيخوخة آخر هذه المراحل ولسوء الحظ لم تلقى الاهتمام اللائق والرعاية العلمية الكافية رغم ان كبار السن من الناحية النفسية يعرفون اضطرابات وعدم استقرار نفسي نسبي ، بالإضافة للتدهور الجسمي ،والذي يرافقه جملة من المشكلات الاجتماعية والنفسية ،وعليه جاء هذا المقال ليعرف بمرحلة الشيخوخة بالنسبة للمرأة بشكل خاص، ويقف على مختلف المشكلات النفسية لديهم مثل: الإجهاد النفسي، الاغتراب، الاكتئاب. Abstract: A person goes through several stages since his birth, starting from childhood, adolescence and adulthood, and each of these stages has been given attention by researchers and academics in various journals due to the importance of each stage in the growth path for the individual, and the aging stage is the last of these stages, unfortunately. It did not receive adequate attention and scientific care, because old age from a psychological point of view defines a relative psychological disorder and instability, and therefore this article came to define the stage of aging for women in particular, as it is a stage known as physical deterioration accompanied by a number of social and psychological problems such as: psychological stress, alienation Depression, loneliness.
