مصطلح "الهجرة غير الشرعية"؛ بحث في المفهوم والمعالم النظرية ضمن التوجهات الأكاديمية

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى البحث في المفاهيم النظرية لمصطلح الهجرة غير الشرعية، ومدى أهميتها في تطوير فهمنا لآلياتها وأشكالها وخصائصها، وسنحاول من خلال ذلك التطرق إلى التأصيل المفاهيمي للهجرة غير الشرعية، وإبراز السياقات الفكرية لهذه الظاهرة ضمن أهم التعاريف الاجتماعية المتجددة والمتغيرة، وفقا لتجلياتها السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية، وإعطاء نظرة عامة لجملة النظريات المفسرة لها وتحديد معالمها من أجل الفهم الجيد لظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية، وتحليل تطورها والظروف الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي نشأت فيها، والعلاقة ما بين المفاهيم والنظريات. The study aims to research the theoretical concepts of the term illegal immigration, and its importance in developing our understanding of its mechanisms, forms and characteristics, and through that we will try to address the conceptual rooting of illegal immigration, highlighting the intellectual contexts of this phenomenon within the most important renewable and changing social definitions, according to its political, economic and social manifestations. Giving an overview of the set of theories explaining it and defining its features in order to better understand the phenomenon of illegal immigration, analyze its development and the economic and social conditions in which it arose, and the relationship between concepts and theories.
