أثر تكنولوجيا الإنتاج الأنظف على الأداء التنافسي للمنظمات الصناعية –دراسة حالة مؤسسة الاسمنت ومشتقاته بالشلف-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر تكنولوجيا الانتاج الأنظف على الأداء التنافسي للمنظمات الصناعية، وذلك من خلال دراسة تأثير أبعاد الانتاج الأنظف ( الممارسات الادارية الجيدة، التغير التكنولوجي، التغيير في تصميم المنتج، إعادة التدوير) على الأداء التنافسي في مؤسسة الاسمنت ومشتقاته بالشلف. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: لتكنولوجيا الانتاج الأنظف أثر على الأداء التنافسي في المؤسسة، كما أنه يوجد علاقة طردية وموجبة بين متغيرات الدراسة، ولا يوجد فروقات ذات دلالة معنوية لتطبيق تكنولوجيا الانتاج الأنظف تعزى لمتغيرات (المستوى التعليمي، الرتبة الوظيفية). This study aims to identify the impact of clean production technology on the competitive performance in the industrial organizations, through the impact of the following dimensions of clean production ( good operating practices, technology change, product design change, recycling). This study found a range of results, including : clean production has an impact on competitive performance in the organization, and there is a positive relationship between the variables of the study, and there are no statistically significant differences for the implementation of clean production attributed to variables : level of education, rank.
