دور رأس المال الفكري في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة المصرفية دراسة حالة البنك الخارجي الجزائري –فرع تلمسان

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر رأس المال الفكري على الميزة التنافسية بالبنك الخارجي الجزائري -وحدة تلمسان، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم توزيع استبيان على 50 موظفا، ولتحليل النتائج المتوصل إليها تم الاعتماد على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوية بين أبعاد رأس المال الفكري (الاستقطاب، الصناعة، التنشيط، المحافظة على رأس المال الفكري، والاهتمام بالعملاء)، والميزة التنافسية. كما بينت الدراسة وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد رأس المال الفكري مجتمعة والميزة التنافسية. Abstract : This study aims to find out the impact of intellectual capital On competitive excellence, and to achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire was distributed to 50 employees, and to analyse the results reached, the statistical package program for the social sciences SPSS was relied on. The results of the study found a significant correlation between the dimensions of intellectual capital (attraction, industry, activation, preservation of intellectual capital, and attention to customers), and competitive advantage. The study also showed a statistically significant impact on the combined dimensions of intellectual capital and competitive advantage.
