أثر اتفاق الشراكة الأورو جزائرية على المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية –دراسة حالة شركة حمود بوعلام-

Résumé: : يهدف هذا المقال إلى دراسة واقع المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية في ظل التطورات الاقتصادية و تأثيرات اتفاقية الشراكة الأورو جزائرية التي دخلت حيز التنفيذ في سبتمبر 2005، حيث تبقى دول الاتحاد الأوروبي من أهم شركاء الجزائر في التجارة الخارجية، وبالتطرق إلى مضمون اتفاق الشراكة و أثاره، خاصة فيما يتعلق بتأهيل المؤسسات الجزائرية وصمودها أمام منافسة المؤسسات الأجنبية و مواجهتها للتحديات التي تعرفها وكمثال على ذلك تم دراسة حالة شركة حمود بوعلام للمشروبات معتمدين على أداة المقابلة، و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك تأثيرات ايجابية و أخرى سلبية لاتفاق الشراكة على المؤسسات الجزائرية، لكن يبقى الجانب السلبي هو المهيمن، مما يدفع الجزائر في كل مرة للعمل على مراجعة خطوات تنفيذ بنود اتفاق الشراكة من أجل دعم تنافسية المؤسسات و الاقتصاد الجزائري ككل. abstract: This article aims to study the Algerian economic enterprises situation in light of the economic developments and the Euro-Algeria Association Agreement effects since it entered into force in September 2005. The European Union is Algeria's largest trading partner and absorbs the major part of Algerian foreign trade. Therefore, this study addresses the content of the Association Agreement and its effects, especially with regard to the development of Algerian enterprises and their competitiveness. As a case study, the Hammoud Boualam Company for soft drinks has been studied in this context ,Depending on the interview method. The study results concluded that the Association Agreement has had positive and negative consequences on Algerian enterprises, but the negative effects remain dominant. In order to support the competitiveness of its economic enterprises and its economy as a whole, Algeria and the EU meet regularly to discuss issues and best practices when applying the agreement.
