- تخضير استثمارات الصناديق السيادية كخيار استراتيجي لدعم التحوّل لاقتصاد اخضر مستدام - تجربة صندوق الاستثمارات العامة السيادي السعودي

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى مساهمة تخضير استثمارات الصناديق السيادية في دعم وتعزيز التحوّل نحو الاقتصاد الأخضر، وهذا نظرا لحجم الأصول الاستثمارية التي تمتلكها هذه الأخيرة والتي من شانها ان تكون المحرك الرئيسي لاقتصاد جديد يراعي معايير الاستدامة. ولعل صندوق الاستثمارات السعودي خير مثال على ذلك باعتباره من بين أكبر صناديق الثروة السيادية في العالم. توصلت الدراسة الى أن تخضير استثمارات الصناديق السيادية من شانه التأثير مباشرة في حجم ونوعية الاستثمارات والمشاريع النظيفة المنجزة على أرض الواقع، إذا ما تم تبني قرارات هادفة في إطار سياسة عامة موجهة تضمن التحوّل التدريجي الى اقتصاد اخضر نظيف. The study aims to highlight the extent to which the greening of sovereign funds contributes investments contributes to supporting and promoting the transformation towards a green economy, given the volume of investment assets owned by the latter, which would be the main driver of a new economy that observes sustainability standards. Perhaps the Saudi sovereign public investment fund is a good example of this, as it is among the largest sovereign wealth funds in the world. The study concluded that greening the investment of sovereign funds would directly affect the volume and quality of investments and clean projects implemented on the ground, if targeted decisions were adopted within the framework of a directed public policy that ensures the gradual transition to a clean green economy.
