المجتمع المدني أداة للوحدة والتكامل المغاربي في ظل تعثر المسار السياسي

Résumé: تسعى الدراسة إلى إبراز وتوضيح واقع المجتمع المدني في الدول المغاربية باعتباره حلقة وصل بين السلطة وأفراد المجتمع، لقد تم التركيز على التحديات التي يواجهها المجتمع المدني في المنطقة المغاربية نظرا لانعدام الديمقراطية. وفي هذا الإطار تهدف الدراسة إلى الوقوف على دور المجتمع المدني كشريك هام وفعال إلى جانب الفواعل الرسمية وغير الرسمية الأخرى في تحريك ودعم مشروع التكامل المغاربي، الذي اقتصر شأنه على النخب الحاكمة التي أخفقت في إنجاحه، وهو ما أثبت فشل النموذج التكاملي الذي تبنته إلى يومنا هذا. The study seeks to highlight and clarify the reality of civil society in the Maghreb countries as a link between authority and members of society. The focus has been placed on the challenges that civil society faces in the Maghreb region due to the lack of democracy. In this context, the study aims to examine the role of civil society as an important and effective partner, along with other official and unofficial actors, in moving and supporting the Maghreb integration project, which was limited to the ruling elites who failed to make it a success, which proved the failure of the integration model that it adopted to this day.
