تحليل العلاقة بين الهندسة المالية والتحليل المالي وأثرها على ترشيد قرارات المستثمرين

Résumé: ملخص: يهدف البحث بشكل رئيسي إلى تحليل العلاقة بين التحليل المالي وتطبيق الهندسة المالية وأثرها على ترشيد قرارات المستثمرين في الشركات المدرجة في بورصة فلسطين، وللإجابة على التساؤلات واختبار فروض الدراسة، اعتمد الباحثان على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. كما أثبتت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن تطبيق الهندسة المالية أدي إلى رفع كفاءة التحليل المالي وتقديم معلومات مناسبة للمستثمرين لتمكينهم من الحكم على الأداء المالي للشركات واتخاذ القرارات الاستثمارية الرشيدة. كما أوصت الدراسة الشركات المدرجة في بورصة فلسطين القيام بمزيد من الاهتمام بالهندسة المالية والتحليل المالي وما تحققه من طفرات هائلة وفائقة في معدلات الأداء للشركات ومواجهتها للتنافس مع الشركات المنافسة الخارجية والمحلية، وكذلك جذب مزيد من الاستثمارات. الكلمات المفتاحية: الهندسة المالية، التحليل المالي، قرارات المستثمرين. Abstract : The main objective of the research is to analyze the relationship between financial analysis and the application of financial engineering and its impact on rationalizing the decisions of investors in companies listed on the Palestine Stock Exchange. In order to answer the questions and test the hypotheses of the study, the researchers adopted the analytical descriptive approach. The results of the study showed that the application of financial engineering has led to raising the efficiency of financial analysis and providing suitable information to investors to enable them to judge the financial performance of companies and make rational investment decisions. The study also recommended companies listed on the Palestine Stock Exchange to pay more attention to financial engineering and financial analysis and the huge and impressive mutations achieved in the performance rates of companies and facing them to compete with foreign competitors and local, as well as attracting more investments.
