قلق المستقبل وعلاقته بالصلابة النفسية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي في ظل جائحة كورونا Future Anxiety And Its Relationship To Psychological Hardiness Among Among Secondary Education Teachers During The Corona Pandemic

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الصلابة النفسية وقلق المستقبل في ظل جائحة كورونا، لدى عينة من أساتذة التعليم الثانوي وقوامها 60 أستاذا من ثانويات ولاية بسكرة، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، تم استخدام مقياس الصلابة النفسية لمخيمر ومقياس قلق المستقبل لشقير، بينت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة عكسية بين الصلابة النفسية وقلق المستقبل، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق في قلق المستقبل تعزى لمتغير النوع، وجود فروق في قلق المستقبل تعزى لمتغير الخبرة المهنية، ولم توجد فروق في الصلابة النفسية تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والخبرة المهنية. The study aims to know the relationship between psychological hardiness and future anxiety among secondary education teachers during the Corona pandemic. The study sample consisted of 60 teachers from secondary schools in Biskra. Adopting a descriptive method, In collecting data, we used the psychological hardness scale of Mukhaimer and the future anxiety scale of Shuqair. The results shows that there is a negative relationship between psychological hardness and future anxiety. in addition there there is no differences in future anxiety due to the gender, but there are differences in future anxiety due to the professional experience, On the other hand there is no differences in psychological hardness due to the gender and occupational experience.
