Résumé: This study aimed to know the real estate financing processes applied in Islamic banks, represented by the leasing loan. For this purpose, the descriptive analytical approach was relied upon, with the use of official documents of the institution under study, by addressing the theoretical foundation of the study variables, and conducting an applied study on a bank. Peace Agency Ouargla. The results of the applied study revealed the existence of multiple financing formulas that are dealt with by Al Salam Bank, which is known as the real estate financing agreement, which is considered a new financing method in the Algerian real estate market that is subject to Islamic controls. We find the Dar Al Salam formula for preparing a house, which includes the Istisna’a and Parallel Istisna’ formula, and the sale formula. Term and Murabahah for the purchase order. There is also a real estate financing process for building a house, which also includes the formula of leasing described in the dhimmah. The study also found that there are other formulas.
