Résumé: Title of the study: view on the field study of secondary stage professors . Professors of Physical and sports Education towards a teaching approach competencies * Objectives of the study: The primary goal is to identify the view of the professors of physical and sports education around the system approach competencies. * Problematic study: What is the view of the professors of physical sports education towards a teaching approach competencies? * Sub-questions: 1 - Do the professors of physical and sports education see that the teaching system 2 - Do you see the professors of physical education and sports are facing difficulties in teaching approach, according to competencies in the field? * procedures for the field study: Society: 80 Professor spread over 38 secondary 30professor,which covers only 37.5% of the study population. time domain: we have conducted, our study from January to May. curriculum: the curriculum used is descriptive approach. The results obtained: the professors of physical and sport education see that the system of teaching competencies approach helps to improve the educational process. the professors of physical and sports education see that they face difficulties .
