Résumé: الملخص: تهدف الورقة البحثية إلى الحديث عن بعض المدن المنسية في تاريخ الجزائر ويأتي في مقدمتها مدينة برشك (غوراية) التابعة إداريا لولاية تيبازة، هذه المدينة التي كان لها أدوار في مختلف المجالات السياسية، الاقتصادية، والثقافية خلال العصر الوسيط، بحيث سنركز على إسهامها الثقافي والفكري من خلال ما أنجبته من علماء كان لهم الفضل في ازدهار الحياة العلمية بالمغرب الأوسط أيام الدولة الزيانية، ونخص بالذكر العالمين الشهيرين اللذان تكلمت عنهما المصادر الوسيطة باستفاضة كثيرة، هذين العالمين هما ولدي الإمام أبو زيد وأبو عيسى اللذان تنسب إليهما المدرسة الشهيرة بتلمسان – مدرسة ولدي الإمام- . Abstract: The research paper aims to talk about some of the forgotten cities in Algeria's history, first and foremost the city of Bresk (Goraia), which is administratively affiliated with the state of Tipaza. This city had roles in various fields: political, economic and cultural during the Middle Ages, So that we will focus on its cultural and intellectual contribution through the scientists who were credited with the flourishing of scientific life in the Maghreb Central during the Zayanide state , In particular the famous intellectuals that the median sources have talked about at great length,These two thinkers are the sons of Imam Abu Zeid, and Abu Issa, to whiche the famous school of Tlemcen is attributed- son imam's school-.
